2、單面模壓托盤 Single Faced Presswood Pallet
面板和底部九個支撐腳墩是一個整體，一次模壓成型，加強筋縱橫交錯向四面八方延伸，受力均勻，四向進叉。Single faced presswood pallet is one-time forming without nails or screws. The criss-cross strengthening ribs extend in all
directions. Four-way entry design is easy to use.
3、子母扣托盤 Snap button Pallet
子母扣托盤打破了傳統雙層托盤依靠鐵釘組裝的方式，充分發揮模壓技術優勢，采用子母扣的形式將上下面板
嵌套組成一體，設計理念新穎，使模壓托盤結構更加多元化，在模壓托盤發展道路上具有里程碑式的意義。
子母扣托盤簡單、獨特、便捷的組裝方式，可即裝即用，用完可拆卸。面板和底板拆分運輸，節省人間和運費，
彌補了傳統雙面托盤運輸難、組裝慢的缺陷。
Snap button pallet is an innovation product. It breaks the traditional pallet structure which is assembled by nails or screws.
Taking full advantage of mould forming technology, the snap button pallet realizes nestable stacking. The unique design allows
user to assemble or disassemble it freely for different usages. The top and bottom panel could be stacked separately, which
saves much storage and shipping space. It is really a landmark in presswood pallet industry.
4、川字底托盤 Single Faced Rackable Presswood Pallet
面板和支撐底一次模壓成型，支撐底呈川字分布，加強筋單向延伸，可雙向進叉，適合碼垛及上貨架使用。
The single faced rackable presswood pallet is one-time forming. It uses four long feet to replace the traditional nine pallet feet.
This design makes it nestable and better for use on the shelf. It is two-way entry.
工藝流程：模壓托盤全自動生產Technological process
1、原材料
2、削片：將原材料進行初步切斷削片處理
3、粉碎：將初步加工的原材料破碎至10mm左右
4、儲料及自動配比：把不同種類原材料分類存儲并且進行自動配比傳輸
5、出料
6、烘干：對原奢料進行高溫烘干，控制含水率在3%左右
7、干料倉儲：烘干后的原料冷卻存儲
8、拌膠：原材料和粘合劑均勻混合
9、自動派料：將拌膠料按照設定數量輸送至鋪裝機
10、自動上料：將原料輸送至模具中
11、高溫模壓：材料在專業模壓機中經高溫高壓一次模壓成型
12、自動出板：將成型后的托盤自動從模具中取出
13、手動修邊：對托盤的邊角進行打磨處理
